Gary Davenport is a Shareholder and senior member of McGloin, Davenport, Severson and Snow's Litigation Department. His primary area of concentration is complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on oil and gas, for clients that include Fortune 500 companies, closely held companies and entrepreneurs. Gary has been involved in many significant cases and achieved very positive results for his clients, including judgments ranging from $8 to $25 million. These judgments have been in complex oil and gas cases, securities and partnership cases. He has extensive experience in litigation before both state and federal courts and in arbitrating commercial disputes.

Gary has played an active role in support of his profession in a number of ways, including service as a Hearing Officer on the Colorado Supreme Court Grievance Committee. He supports youth through Colorado UpLift and the YMCA. A native of Nebraska, Gary enjoys returning there for hunting. Other leisure activities include travel, golf and reading.
