Michael Dommermuth joined McGloin, Davenport, Severson and Snow in 1985 and has been a Shareholder since 1990. Michael's primary practice is in Commercial Litigation. His litigation experience includes commercial disputes, employment cases, commercial real estate disputes, contract disputes, business torts, antitrust, covenant-not-to-compete litigation, breach of fiduciary duty, class action defense, and intellectual property issues.

Michael takes a pragmatic approach to addressing his clients' needs. He begins by working with clients to understand and help define their goals. He establishes realistic expectations and works tenaciously to achieve the outcomes that will best meet their objectives. Michael recognizes that clients involved in a litigation matter are seeking assertive representation on their behalf and he brings both high energy and commitment to finding successful resolutions to complex legal matters. Michael's varied work experience during school in diverse jobs such as a steelworker and stagehand demonstrate his strong work ethic and commitment. Michael brings strength, integrity and creativity to his present role as an attorney.
