J. Randolph Earnest - Associate

Randy Earnest brings a valuable background - including a Master of Laws in Taxation degree - to his legal practice. An Associate at McGloin, Davenport, Severson and Snow, Randy works in the areas of Real Estate and Commercial law, as well as Business, Tax and Estate law. He is a member of the firm's Transactional Department and provides counsel to his clients to meet their needs in his practice areas, including projects involving common interest community law, limited liability company law, business and tax planning, estate planning, and corporate transactions.

Randy receives great satisfaction from working with entrepreneurs and small business owners. He finds them to be unique, driven and determined business people and he enjoys helping them plan for their future and to maximize opportunities. Randy sees his role as helping his clients succeed and grow their businesses, while he works to minimize current and potential problems and liability.

Away from the office, Randy takes full advantage of Colorado's great outdoor experiences as a golfer and hiker.
