Kyle W. Davenport - Associate

Kyle Davenport joined McGloin, Davenport, Severson and Snow after graduation from the University of North Carolina Law School, where he pursued active involvement in several law school programs and activities. He was a staff writer for the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology and was elected Clerk of the Court for the Holderness Moot Court. Kyle was also a member of the 2005 Environmental Moot Court team that reached the semifinals at the Pace University Competition.

Prior to attending law school, Kyle used his degree in Environmental Science from Northwestern in his work with a Colorado and Wyoming based environmental consulting firm. While there, he performed field research and wrote sections for a number of Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements. As a member of McGloin, Davenport, Severson and Snow's Litigation Department, Kyle brings this background into use for many of his clients with environmental issues. Additionally, he provides litigation services for a variety of commercial entities.

Active and committed, Kyle has been a range ecologist for the National Park Service and enjoys skiing, swimming and water polo.
