Mike McGloin is President of McGloin, Davenport, Severson and Snow, playing an active role in the management of the firm. As a senior member of the Litigation Department, Mike has extensive experience in courts throughout the United States, including appearances in state and federal courts in more than 20 states. He specializes in complex commercial litigation with broad experience in a variety of areas including antitrust, insurance coverage, construction, telecommunications, contracts and business torts. Throughout his years of practice he has established an admirable track record that results in many long-term relationships with clients in large publicly traded companies, as well as smaller to mid-sized companies in a wide array of industries.

For more than 30 years, it has been a priority of Mike's to work directly on clients' legal matters. He prefers to provide the personal touch and clearly his clients agree. His close attention has meant continuing relationships with large franchise operations and many referrals for individual cases. Mike provides a realistic assessment of each case and brings a pragmatic approach to insure he is delivering the best value for his clients' legal expenditures.
