A Shareholder of McGloin, Davenport, Severson and Snow, John Murray works in the Transactional Department. His focus is on the areas of commercial real estate acquisition, finance and development, and general business representation. John assists clients with condominiums, conversions and common interest communities and also with entity formation - corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. With a strong accounting background, John is well versed in business and tax issues and able to assist clients with sophisticated commercial transactions.

John brings a common sense approach to his practice. Based on his broad, real life experience, John provides his clients with a seasoned view of alternate methods of dealing with everyday business concerns. John has maintained long term relationships with many clients and has, in several cases, been the constant factor as management and personnel have changed at client companies; thereby providing current ownership and management with vital "institutional knowledge" of the company. John's clients include real estate developers, contractors, small business owners and automobile dealers.

John finds great satisfaction in family time. In addition to raising four active children and participating in soccer, lacrosse and other activities, John enjoys skiing and biking.
