Ron Snow is a Shareholder of the firm and senior member of the Transactional Department, with a primary focus on commercial real estate transactions. Ron and the Transactional Department guide clients through complicated real estate transactions and are adept at business planning, entity formation, leasing, land use, foreclosure, finance, acquisition and development matters. Ron has enjoyed working on a range of projects including large and small condominium formations and conversions, tract home projects and commercial developments, build-to-suit transactions, lender and borrower representation in construction and permanent loan transactions, owner and builder representation in construction, liability containment planning, custom home builder projects, construction defect consultation, and RESPA consultations.

Prior to joining McGloin, Davenport, Severson and Snow, Ron clerked for Justice Leslie Boslough at the Nebraska Supreme Court. Proud to be a fourth generation native of Denver, Ron graduated from Denver's Regis Jesuit High School where his great-grandfather built Regis University's original Administration building.

For many years, Ron has worked actively with St. Anthony's Hospital Health Foundation, serving as a current trustee and past president. When not working or volunteering, Ron takes full advantage of the joys of living in Colorado - fly fishing, skiing, hiking and biking.
