Krista Tushar is a Shareholder in the firm and a member of the Litigation Department, practicing in federal and state courts. An effective communicator and negotiator with extensive public presentation experience, Krista brings a tireless work ethic and high energy to her practice. Her analytical skills provide clients with a thorough understanding of their complex legal matters and builds a thoughtful approach to litigation that leads to successful resolution of the cases she handles.

Krista's previous work experience as a public defender in Omaha, Nebraska, handling several court cases each day, provided significant trial experience she now shares for the benefit of her clients. Krista's clients include Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs and small companies. Krista recognizes that litigation clients have a high expectation that their representation will be assertive. She meets and exceeds their expectations as a go-getter that stands up for her clients.

When not practicing law, Krista, a Colorado native, enthusiastically pursues the four 'F's' - Family, Friends, Fitness and Fun.
